Trust the timing of your life!

Have you ever looked back at a certain situation in your life and thought, “Wow, that worked out well!” or “that was good timing!”? I have! All the time. I’m a firm believer in what you say is what you’ll get! My husband tells me often, don’t speak bad things over your life and he’s right. Every time I sniffle or cough funny he will look at me and ask, “are you sick?” I always say “no, no I am not sick!” Just putting it out into the universe. Even if 2 days later I end up with a cold. But you know what, that cold could have ended up the flu, or something worse if I had said, ” oh no, I’m sick! What am I going to do now? I can’t go to work, I feel so bad and yucky, this is just terrible!” What good is that doing me? None! I might as well say “no, I AM NOT SICK!” and hope for the best outcome right? The bible says, “if you believe you will receive!” I believe it!! 100%

When we bought our current house a few years ago I always said, ” 3 things need to happen for this to work out, #1: we need to sell our current house first! We didn’t actually need to sell it to buy our new house, it just would make things easier. #2: We had to be pre-approved by the bank for our loan amount and #3: the seller had to accept a low offer. ” Well guess what?? I went to the bank and we got pre-approved for the full amount of our house. We put our house on the market for a high asking price figuring we could always go down in a couple weeks and we got an offer OVER asking price 3 DAYS!! 3 3 DAYS after we put it on the market and lastly, we looked at our house twice, made our 1st offer, he came back with another offer, so we counter-offered and he accepted our still low offer AND included certain amenities that we did not ask for! Ta-Da!!! I spoke this over our lives, we believed it would happen and in the right timing… and it did 🙂 God is so good to us!!

I’m just saying, if you’re struggling in an area of your life and you just can’t catch a break, think about what you are saying about the situation. Are you speaking good things over that situation or are you just boo-hooing that things aren’t getting any better and my life stinks? It makes a difference!! Try for the next month being really aware of what you are putting out there and maybe if you catch yourself saying something negative about a certain situation, try to change it up and see what happens? What could go wrong right?
